MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER DEFECTS DETERMINED TO BE CAUSED BY NORMAL WEAR OR DUE TO CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE. UNFORTUNATELY OUR COMPANY CAN ONLY ASSIST WITH LIAISING WITH THE BRAND DISTRIBUTOR AND WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE OUTCOME OF THE DECISION.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BEFORE BEING DISPATCHED HOWEVER, IF YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED AND APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED, PLEASE INFORM US ASAP. IF POSSIBLE, PHOTOGRAPH THE DAMAGED ITEM/S AND THE PACKAGE IN QUESTION AND FURNISH US WITH AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE IN ORDER FOR US TO ASSIST.
