REFUND POLICY

OUR GOODS COME WITH GUARANTEES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND FOR A MAJOR FAILURE AND COMPENSATION FOR ANY OTHER REASONABLY FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE. YOU ARE ALSO ENTITLED TO HAVE THE GOODS REPAIRED OR REPLACED IF THE GOODS FAIL TO BE OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY AND THE FAILURE DOES NOT AMOUNT TO A MAJOR FAILURE.

RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING WITH ALL THE TAGS INCLUDED.

THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT/S SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF PURCHASE OR FROM THE RECEIPT OF DELIVERY.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED, YOUR ORDER IS GENERALLY INSPECTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND A CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR VIA YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
